ARC PALS Course

To complete this course, 100% attendance is required. | This course is based on competence standards, hence you must prove you are competent at a certain minimum level of knowledge and skills in order to pass it and get certified.

For our competence standard based courses, workshops and programs: Even if the training has been paid for in advance, the participants will only receive their respective certificate / certification card once they have completed and passed said training per the applicable standard(s). In the event a participant has not passed a written exam and/or skill practice, ASD will not charge for each additional attempt, however, no certification will be processed nor issued by the certifying organization until the participant has been found to be competent. When additional attempts incur in additional operational cost to the ASD instructor(s) / instructor trainer(s) / evaluator(s) / examiner(s), while no charge for the additional attempt(s) will apply, covering the operational cost will be the sole responsibility of the participant, participant employer or client. ..."
