This independent study on-line course covers principles of back safety, including how to properly care for your back and perform work tasks safely, including manual cargo handling.
 
No in-person skills evaluation is required for this course. It is presented on-line only. Upon successful completion of the on-line course, a Certificate of On-line Training will be issued.
