Our ocean lifeguard course is a surf open water lifeguard course taught through a lifeguard training academy format. It is directed to individuals interested in working as ocean lifeguards at surf beaches. Pre-requisites to taking this course are: being 18 years of age or older, being an open water swimmer, current Professional Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, O2 and Advanced First Aid certification (can be obtained with us separately). Duration: 60 hours (not including on-line hours / independent study nor the 40 hours of BLS and OSH training). 
 
Certifications offered:
-GLC Aquatic Safety Dept. (international bilingual wall certificate).
-DC-3 form from STPS (only for Mexico).
-USLA (only when taken with a USLA certified training officer).
